Broad-Based Employee Compensation
The effective allocation of a company's
rewards expenditure is a critical component of any human

salary structure development — this entails
developing market-based base salary structures, including
associated salary administration guidelines.
Employee
incentive plan design — the design of broad-based
incentive compensation plans for non-sales employees

employee incentive plan right (and working in concert
with the sales compensation plan) is especially important
when a high degree of cross-functional coordination

our sales compensation survey capabilities, we design
and administer custom compensation surveys to capture
competitive labor market pay level and prevalence of
practice insights where access to published data is
